Book Running Lead Manager to the issue has informed the Exchange that the Book Building issue of BIRLA COTSYN (INDIA) LIMITED is extended till Jul 09 2008 instead of the earlier closing day on Jul 04 2008. Further price band has revised from Rs 15 /- to Rs 18 /- per share to Rs 12 /- to Rs 14 /- per share.
