Ltd, Chennai, India, being associates / subsidiaries of TT electronics Plc. Both the above acquisitions will strategically help the Company in increasing its market presence for magnets in both, the Domestic and Global Market. The Indian Acquisition will: a) Enhance Manufacturing Capacity of the Company Substantially; b) Strengthening Technical Capabilities and Market Reach of the Company; c) Exposure to Niche applications of the Soft Ferrite Segment. The UK Acquisition brings an existing Global Distribution Network, spread over Europe, UK, US, Far East, etc. This distribution network will also provide an existing market for the Company’s existing Product range.
