Jain irrigation’s shares dip
Monday, March 2, 2009 2:55 pmInvestors abandoned Jain Irrigation System’s shares sidelining plans to increase $45 million from International Finance Corporation. The stock was low with 3.43%. Entire quantity traded was 10% of the 2-week standard at 2,979 shares.
Nearly 2 million equity Rs.10 shares would be fixed to IFC on favored allocation base at a cost to be fixed in line with SEBI guidelines. The matter would include 2.69% of entirely attenuated equity of the company.
The finances would be put in use to reinforce the balance sheet and fulfilling capital expenses requirements. IFC would loan $15 million as an equity shares investment whereas the rest of the $30 million would be allocated in the company. IFC has allocated $30 million in the previous 2 years.
