Andhra Bank decides to turn into a big sized bank by the month of September, 2010. It determines to secure a business of Rs.1.5lakh-crore by the September of 2010 with the purpose of becoming big-sized bank.
The bank’s sum advances remained at Rs.44, 300crore in fiscal 2008-09, which it anticipates to increase by 25% in fiscal 2010. The bank’s loan collection has increased by Rs.800crore in early quarter of fiscal 2010 as opposed to the same period in 2008 economic year.
