Mahindra Satyam trades up

The stock got an up of Rs.78.65 and down of Rs.74.30 till now. The stock saw a 52-week up of Rs.493 on 11th July last year and a 52-week down of Rs.11.50 on 9th January.
The stock had increased 9.20% as opposed to the BSE’s 9.05% decline. It had also earned 54.83% as opposed to the BSE’s profit of 27.34%.
Tech Mahindra had bagged the bid to acquire 31% share in the previous Satyam Computer Services on 13th April through its subordinate Venturbay Consultants at a price of Rs.1, 760crore or Rs.58 a share. The balance 20% was to be achieved via an open bid at a cost of Rs.58 a share.
Mahindra Satyam recorded unaudited combined net earnings of Rs.160crore in Quarter 3 December last year. The company posted standalone net earnings of Rs.181crore on proceeds of Rs.2, 294crore in Quarter 3 December last year.
