Reliance Infra allocates 4.29crore merits to AAA Project Ventures

Reliance Infrastructure stated on Friday that it has allocated 4.29crore exchangeable warrants to an advertiser group firm AAA Project Ventures. The group of directors has sanctioned the allocation of 4.29crore warrants to AAA Project Ventures that would be changed into equity shares after 9th October. The warrants would be changed into equal number of equity shares at a cost of Rs.928.89 a piece.
AAA Project Ventures owned 83,498,937 shares showcasing 36.88% stake in the company as on March quarter 2009. Reliance Infrastructure shares traded at Rs.1, 117.10 on the Sensex, which is high with 1.46% from earlier close.
