Nucleus Software Exports’ product FinnOne has been implemented by Bank International Indonesia (BII). It will power over 235 branches of the bank with its Customer Acquisition System (CAS) module to automate loan processes for Small and Medium enterprises (SME).

The CAS module is likely to augment the applications sourced per day and make processes more well-organized for customers. It will also help the bank to take care of credit; risk management and SME finance operations efficiently across Indonesia and provide greater turnaround time, credit scoring and targeted funding for SMEs.
