Sterlite Industries trades up
Friday, August 14, 2009 10:10 amSterlite Industries trades high on the Sensex due to the federal government bid of 49% stake in Bharat Aluminum Co for a consideration of Rs.2, 000crore.
The stock presently trades at Rs.667.80 on each share, which is high with 7.70 points on the Sensex.
The stock hit at Rs.666 as opposed to its earlier end of Rs.660.10. So far, the counter has reached an up and a down of Rs.669.90 and Rs.662.20, correspondingly.
Till now, 37,106 company’s shares have been traded on the Sensex.
The stock reached its 52-week up of Rs.738.90 on 12th June, current year and a 52-week down of Rs.164.50 on 27th October, last year.
The stock has earned 6.19% since the last week and 10.58% since the past month.
