Omaxe to build up a hi-tech township in UP

Omaxe will be building a hi-tech township on a projected region of 2700 acres at Lucknow, UP through its subordinate Garv Buildtech.
The subordinate has forayed into a MoU with Lucknow Development Authority for the growth of the supposed township.
The assignment is purposefully situated on the Lucknow Ring Road in close immediacy to Lucknow Airport and around only half an hour drive from Hazratganj.
The expected township will produce projected proceeds more than Rs.2800crore and is to be implemented in phases in a timeframe of 5 to 7 years.
