Mahindra & Mahindra’s capital reduction not to affect growth plans

Mahindra & Mahindra has resolved to cut down its capital disbursement for 3 years closing by the month of March 2012 by Rs.500 crore. Nevertheless, the company restated that the decrease will not affect its growth plans.
The company is likely to instill Rs.2,500 crore in a Greenfield refinery at Chakan among its growth plans. Mahindra & Mahindra is about to introduce its pick-up in the United States according to the agenda. Though, it will sell abroad the automobile from India, as a substitute of bringing together the pick-ups in the United States.
Besides, the company has signed a coalition with Navistar to commence its array of trucks in the country by December and a latest SUV the following year.
Although automobile ales have begun to pick up in the wake of credit accessibility and declining rate of interest, the company is still worried about the viewpoint for 2009.
