Mahindra Holidays sets issue rate at Rs.275 to Rs.325

Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India announced on Friday that it has set the issue cost of its shares in the range of Rs.275 to Rs.325 a piece of Rs.10 each.
Reportedly, the profits of the projected issue are likely to be installed in the establishing of new ventures and growth of some of the present resorts, to offer a bigger array of resorts.
Mahindra Holidays dilutes 92.65lakh shares of the fully-diluted after issue paid-up funds through its maiden public donation.
The issue would begin for subscription on 23rd June and end on 26th June.
Mahindra Holidays has 27 resorts in the country and in Thailand out of which 11 are company-run.
