Mahindra & Mahindra plans to raise its existence in the rural market

The company owns a headship position in pick up class and 80% of the income is from the rural market. The company proposes to raise its income in the pick up division.
Additionally, it also contemplates to raise its dealership system to 600 from its present 450 by fiscal 2010 end. The company sold 47,500 entities in fiscal 2008-09. Its pick up division was developed by 5%, which was more than the industry increase rate of 4%.This division increased 3% in 1st quarter of fiscal 2010.
The company is establishing coalitions with public sector banks and NBFCs for simple dispensation of auto loans in order to boost its sales.
