Tulip Telecom rushes up

Tulip Telecom trades high after the company posted reasonably good net profit figures for the period and year closed in March. The stock presently trades at Rs.770 on each share, which is high with 33.85 points on the Sensex. The stock hit at Rs.746.95 as opposed to its early close of Rs.736.15.
On Intraday, the counter reached an up and a down of Rs.779.45 as opposed to its earlier end of Rs.746.95. Till now, 22,745 company’s shares have been traded on the Sensex.
The stock reached its 52-week up of Rs.1089.95 on 22nd September, last year and a 52-week down of Rs.258.05 on 9th March. The stock has earned 7.54% since the last week and 12.99% in the last month. Tulip Telecom has posted a net gain of Rs.105.73crore for the March quarter as opposed to Rs.66.26crore for the March last year quarter. The company’s sum income has got up from Rs.420.25crore for the March last year quarter to Rs.519.52crore for the March present quarter.
