The restructuring comprises entering fresh market divisions, establishing new business entities and fresh roles for senior administration.
MindTree will spotlight on 5 business areas, Infrastructure Management, IT Services, Product Engineering Services and Technical Support, Independent Testing and the recently created Knowledge Services.
The early focal point of MindTree’s fresh knowledge services will be to offer analytics services to its consumers. Analytics will assist companies achieve more insight into their risk, business and prospect areas and customer conduct for better sales, marketing and operational efficiency whereas the merchandise engineering services will distribute end-to-end product realization facilities.
