RBI grants FIIs to buy equity shares of McLeod Russel under PIS

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has granted the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) to purchase, under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS), equity shares of McLeod Russel India through the primary market and stock exchanges in India up to 40% of the company’s paid-up capital.
